The robotic automation of business processes moves into high gear in Shared Service Center. In January the report treatment upon approval of additional requirement of material assets was improved. For approval of new requirement request it is necessary to be aware of counterparty’s ability to deliver on time the required material assets. New macro automatically downloads from SAP all relevant information concerning vendor’s name, prices and currency in form of consolidated table. On the basis of this consolidated table the macro automatically filters information by vendors and then it generates letter-requests upon possible shipment. Before the development of this macro the employees had to search for information in two SAP transactions and to create letter-requests by themselves. The present improvement has allowed to save about 2 thous. man hours per year.
